Check your hotel is described correctly on Booking.com, Expedia, Tripadvisor and Google.
myhotelreport reads your own website and your listings on Booking.com, Expedia, Tripadvisor and Google — plus Airbnb, Agoda and Trip.com where your hotel is on them — and checks every fact against every other channel. Where two pages disagree on a fee, a policy or an amenity, you see both pages’ exact words, the links, and when we read them, with the most costly gaps first.
You can try it on your own hotel for free: name it, give a work email, and we email you the report.
A wrong listing costs the booking, and nobody tells you.
A guest who reads “parking $25 a day” on one site and “free parking” on your own does not write in to ask. They book the hotel whose listing they believe. Every channel you sell on is another place that can happen.
How it works
- 1
We find your listings
From your hotel’s name and town, we find your page on each channel. In the app you confirm or change them; nothing needs your extranet logins.
- 2
We read every page
Prices and fees, check-in and check-out, cancellation, parking, pets, breakfast, amenities, rooms and photos: the public pages, as a guest sees them.
- 3
We show every disagreement
Each fact compared across channels by fixed rules, not a model’s opinion. Each gap ranked by when a guest meets it, with the place to fix it.
Every gap, with the proof.
- Both pages’ own words
- A model reads each page, but it must quote the page for every answer. If we cannot quote it, we do not report it.
- Most costly first
- Gaps a guest meets while choosing or booking come to the top, each with who can fix it and where.
- Checked again
- With monitoring, every check after the first shows what you fixed, what came back, and anything new.
- Rate parity on Google Hotels
- Each check prices a stay on Google Hotels and shows every booking site’s total beside your own website’s.

Questions owners ask
Which channels do you check?
Your own website, Booking.com, Expedia, Tripadvisor and Google for every hotel. Airbnb where the hotel is listed there, Agoda in Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, and Trip.com in Greater China, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia.
Do you need my extranet or channel manager logins?
No. We read the same public pages a guest sees. When a gap needs fixing, we tell you where; you make the change.
Do you change my listings for me?
No. We find and prove the gaps and say where each is fixed — the Booking.com extranet, Expedia Partner Central, your website. Changing them stays with you or your agency.
How do I know a gap is real?
Every gap quotes the words on each page, links to it, and says when we read it. Whether two pages disagree is decided by fixed rules in code, not by a model.
Is this the same as a rate parity tool?
No. Rate tools watch prices. This checks what else a guest reads before booking — fees, policies, amenities, photos — on every channel. Each check also shows Google Hotels’ prices for a sample stay, so you can see parity there too.
What does the free check include?
One report on your hotel and three nearby hotels, emailed to you. The first few gaps are shown in full; the rest name their channel and open with monitoring.
See it on your own hotel, free.
Name your hotel and town and give a work email. We find your listings and three nearby hotels, read them all, and email you the report when it is ready — usually within a couple of hours.
