Find the gaps that send your guests to the hotel next door.
Guests choose between you and four other hotels on the same screen. When your listing charges for parking that your website says is free, or leaves out the pool the others show, the guest books one of them. Close those gaps and win the booking back.

A lost booking leaves no trace.
No complaint, no refund, no line in the P&L. The guest just books someone else, and every channel you sell on is another place it can happen.
- Your channels contradict you
- Your website says breakfast is included. Expedia says it’s $18. The guest sees a surprise charge and moves on.
- What you have isn’t listed
- You have a pool, but one channel doesn’t list it. A guest who filters for a pool never sees your hotel at all.
- Your competitors show more
- Four hotels in your set lead with the beach. Your first photo is a bedroom. Side by side, they look like the better stay.
myhotelreport finds every gap, and tells you how to close it.
- Every channel, and theirs. Your website, Booking.com, Expedia and Tripadvisor, read side by side with the hotels you compete with.
- Most costly first. Gaps a guest meets while choosing or booking come to the top, each with who can fix it and where.
- Proof, not opinion. Every gap shows the exact words on each page, the link, and when we saw them. If we can’t quote it, we don’t report it.
- Checked again for you. Every month, and every week in your first, so you see what you fixed, what came back, and what changed on a competitor.

Tell us your hotel
Name and town. We find your listings on each channel and suggest the hotels you compete with. You confirm or change them.
- 2
We read every page
Yours and theirs, in full: prices and fees, policies, amenities, rooms and photos. Public pages only, so no logins.
- 3
Close the gaps
Work down the list. Each check after that shows what you’ve fixed, and catches anything new before it costs you a stay.
Questions owners ask
Do you need my extranet or channel manager logins?
No. We read the same public pages a guest sees. When a gap needs fixing, we tell you where to fix it; you make the change.
My revenue manager already watches our channels. Isn’t this covered?
Rate tools watch prices. This checks everything else a guest reads before booking — fees, policies, amenities, photos — on every channel, against your own website and against your competitors. Most of the gaps we find aren’t about rate.
How do I know a gap is real?
Every gap quotes the words on each page, links to it, and says when we saw it. A model reads each page, but it has to quote the page for every answer, and fixed rules, not the model, decide whether two pages disagree. If we can’t quote it, we don’t report it.
Which channels do you check?
Your own website, Booking.com, Expedia, Tripadvisor and Google — plus Airbnb, Agoda and Trip.com where your hotel is on them — for your hotel and for each competitor you choose.
Who picks my competitors?
We suggest the hotels guests compare you with, nearby and like yours. You keep, swap or add to them, up to five.
