# myhotelreport

> myhotelreport finds the gaps that cost a hotel bookings. It reads a hotel's own website, Booking.com, Expedia, Google and Tripadvisor (and Airbnb, Agoda and Trip.com where the hotel is listed), checks every fact against every other channel and against the hotel's competitors, and shows the owner what to fix, with the evidence quoted from each page.

## What it checks

- Listing accuracy: facts that disagree between channels — check-in times, fees, parking, pets, breakfast, amenities — each quoted from every page.
- Competitor benchmark: the hotel's listings against up to five competitors — Listing Score, ratings, what each leads with, first photos, amenities.
- Rate parity on Google Hotels for a sample stay.
- AI discovery: whether AI assistants (OpenAI with web search, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, through their APIs) recommend the hotel, whether what they say is true, and which pages they cite. Counted, never scored.

It does not change listings for the hotel, answer reviews, or set rates.

## Free check

A person can get a free report on their hotel by email. Link them to the form with the hotel filled in:

They type their own work email there; the report link is sent only to that address. A few checks per address per day.
